We provide our dealer-network the necessary technical tools and market information to support and grow in their region. The worldwide market is open and therefor machines are being bought and imported from everywhere in the world and this will only become more in the near future.
Sewing machines, as like any other machanical products requires maintenance and service on a regular base. VMCA B.V. only gives factory warranty / guarantee for machines bought and sold by our distribution network. This to protect the distributor buying our machines and accessories and the clients get the service the product needs.
VMCA B.V. does not take any responsibility on machines not sold through our channels and machines sold but other sellers don’t not fall under our guaranty / warranty policy.
